Tonight is "Walpurgisnacht". So if you`ll find some witches hovering around don`t be surprised.

Will & Kate
Yes, I must admit. I was one of those, who were glued to the television, follow the royal wedding ...

Levitating Girl
Photographer Natsumi Hayashi takes portraits of herself levitating. Her photos are taken around Tokyo where she waits for inspiration to strike, sets her timer and jumps into place.
Here are some of my favorites:
“We are all surrounded by social stress as we are bound by the forces of earth’s gravity,” Natsumi says when asked why she took on the series. “So, I hope that people feel something like an instant release from their stressful days by seeing my levitation photos.”
I really love her pictures. Especially when she`s surrounded by people. She perfectly portraits the feeling of "beeing out of time" for me.

Laurent Perbos - Aire 2008
This should provide an indication of my newest leisure activity. Yes! I got my first tennis-lesson this day and it was great.
But back to this installtaion. I like the idea of placing a distinctive space in a normal or usual context. Plus I love the colours.
You can find more of Laurent Perbos work here.

Aled Lewis
I’m really enjoying Aled Lewis’ self initiated project Make Something 365. His series of vignettes using plastic toys and clever captions got me giggling this morning. Be sure to check out his behance page for more updates.

0230 - ROLY House by AABE
This is a wonderful example of transforming an old building to a modern house with an edge.
I really love the combination of the materials and you can never go wrong with a hint of red.
I really like the idea of sitting in this glass-cube reading a book whith a cup of tea.

National Tourist Routes in Norway
A couple of days ago I spoke with a friend who went hiking in Norway. His description of this beautiful land made me want to seize my backpack and just go ...
I started research about different trails and found these wonderful scenic roads for exploring Norway’s breathtaking landscapes. Mountains, fjords and coastline attached with bold architecture! Brilliant.

The invasion of the coloured eggs.
It begins when nature decides to increase the temperature over 0° C. Everything prepares to get alive after the cold winter and then ... bushes decides to pop up eggs. Coloured plastic eggs. Instead of tiny little green leaves or blossoms ... EGGS!
Is it a tradition? I moved here three years ago and it is very hard to understand. At the beginning of spring it is always the same act. And the eggs are spreading. Scary!
Seems like I have to break the rules, to swim against the stream.
What about some black and white eggs? Still 10 days to go before Easter, let`s go and create an egg a day!

Billy Wilder
"BILLY WILDER meets one's primary expectation of a shelf - to put everything in order. It is meant as a playful approach to the subject "our daily mess" and shall serve as an interim storage place for unsorted books, magazines and newspapers. The wildly growing rack makes BILLY "wilder"."

Crumpled City Map
This is genius. Instead of endlessly folding/ refolding, you just crumple up this map and throw it in your bag or pocket. Plus, it’s 100% waterproof and includes streets, monuments, museums, art galleries and much more.
Five cities available: New York, London, Rome, Paris, Berlin
A friend got this one for his birthday. He was thrilled.
